All Roqua deliveries require a signature upon acceptance and end-end tracking is available.

Order processing can take 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, allow 1-3 working days for Local deliveries in Lagos state.

Outside Lagos is estimated to take 2-3 working days.

International delivery is estimated to take 3-5 working days but some countries could take 5 -7 working days.

Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.
